These classes are a great way to learn the Martial Art of Muay Thai, the original form of kickboxing. With complete beginners courses available to help you take it at your own pace, amongst other like minded people starting for the first time. These classes are available for:

GymnastFit

If you’ve always wanted to trying gymnastics, but the thought of stepping in amongst the professionals is too much, then this class is for you! Learn the fundamental skills of what it takes to be a gymnast, starting with the basics. A great way to strengthen, tone and improve balance & coordination. Complete beginners courses available for all ages.

BJJ

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a predominantly ground-based martial art, using the principals of leverage, angles, pressure and timing, as well as knowledge of the human anatomy, in order to achieve a non-violent submission of one’s opponent. With complete beginners courses available to help you take it at your own pace.These classes are available for:

Upper Body Blast

These classes are a great way to strength and tone using a combination of resistance, body weight, weighted and endurance training. A great way to focus on specific muscle groups, building strength and definition.

Core & Booty Burn

A dynamic workout that helps build strength and definition to your glutes, legs and abs. A fun class with 3 different levels available to welcome complete beginners to more experienced women. Includes functional training including resistance and weights.

Hatha Yoga

The class is a mixed level, Hatha Yoga class which will include movement practices, breathing techniques (Pranayama) and meditation.

Run by registered a Osteopath and Yoga Teacher with 17 years experience. The class structure has layers of complexity which means any level of experience, confidence, mobility and pain levels can attend with confidence that the practice will be safe and appropriate for you as an individual.

Classes are therapeutic and clinical in nature but also challenging. Work harder but with more attention to building strength from the inside out.
